THE SOFA SESSIONS - UNNOS
A community outreach project based on the themes of Adra a Chynefin and Home and Hinterland. Artists, students and the community came together to explore the common theme of Adra / Home. Working in and around Bangor and Bethesda the team gathered stories, co-created poems, songs and films. The project was split into three parts, beginning with the Sofa Sessions which were held outside engaging with the community, then developed into our Sofa Lab, held in Pontio’s Studio and White Box. The project culminated with a performance in Theatr Bryn Terfel called UNNOS, bringing artists, Bangor University students and community together on stage.
